CHM & CO TRUST, a Project Management Service Bureau, is the brainchild of Christian Maryssael. It was created in Western Australia in 1990.
CHM provides the whole range of Project Management services:

Management of turnkey projects for corporate clients, encompassing, but not limited to:
- Financial Engineering (Feasibilty studies and business plans;)
- Construction, development planning;
- Manufacturing: launching new product lines;
- Marketing: launching new campaigns;
- Event management: organisation of events such as fairs, large-scale seminars, shows, etc.;
- Administration management: creating administration procedures and implementing them;
- IT management: management of teams of programmers for the development of new software applications, and of language specialists for software localisation projects;
- Web Management: management of large multilingual web sites, implementing the whole range of tools and techniques required for total Internet and intranet solutions, including web site development, animations, online databases, e-commerce, portals, urban community intranet, etc.

To materialise this multidisciplinary approach, CHM has been working and forming project-based joint ventures with consultants specialised in specific, complementary disciplines. For this purpose, CHM created an International Consultants’ Community in 1997. This thriving structure is called NewWays. Under the NewWays banner, multidisciplinary consultants who share similar ethical principles have been joining forces on several successful joint-venture projects in Western Australia and beyond.
Crucial alliances have been established in the European Union as well. A representative office was set up in Europe as early as 1991.
Through a language service provider specialised in the publication-ready translation of technical documents, multilingual glossaries, software and software manuals; and web site localisation and development, the European representative office has been dealing mainly with the multilingual/multicultural aspects of CHM’s IT development projects.
